Heres my 6 Week Body Makeover review for all of you whove wondered what this diet and exercise requires and if it really does work. I can testify that it works but it is not as easy as the TV advertising makes it sound. Surprised?
The creator, Michael Thurmond has put a lot of time and effort into developing this program and if you want to give it a try, you have nothing to lose since he offers a money-back guarantee if you dont like it.
Food and Exercise Plan in the 6 week Body Makeover
My 6 Week Body Makeover review begins with a look at the food you get to eat. Be prepared to give up some of your favorite foods.
One of the first things you'll do when you get your kit is answer questions about your eating habits and activity level. Based on your answers, you will be categorized as a certain body type.
Each body type has specific foods that make them fat. I happen to be a C which means that bread and pasta make me fat. That figures, since those are my favorite foods! Some body types are able to eat red meat while others have to stick to chicken or fish only. Count on limiting your fats and sugar, too.
Exercise is also an important part of the 6WBM program. You can count on at least 30 minutes of cardio per day, 5 days a week even though the TV infomercial says you won't have to spend hours at the gym. You don't have to do the exercise part of the program right away but eventually you will want to add it in so that you can lose the weight faster. Also, the weight training program is twice a week but you are encouraged to do some of the exercises more than twice a week to see faster results.
Tools to Lose
The 6 Week Body Makeover review wouldn't be complete without a look at the tools of the program. You get a specially designed exercise band, an exercise DVD, motivational CDs, makeover recipes, a book with all the information you need to organize your diet and exercise plan and a website with support from fellow Body Makeover followers.
All the tools were very helpful but can be intimidating at first because there is so much information to absorb. I didnt really care for the exercise band and DVD that goes along with it. The instructions were complicated and not very easy to follow. I spent more time trying to set up the exercise than doing the actual exercise.

.Is it right for you?
Bottom line on the 6 week body makeover review
My results were good. I lost 5 pounds the first week and 3 pounds the next week. But I decided to go off of it because I'm just not disciplined enough to follow the rules and its difficult to eat as frequently as they want you to eat. I also felt that if I couldnt give 100% to the program, then I should return it.
However, I do think its one of the best programs that Ive ever tried. The
Whole Food Nutrition
and exercise principles are sound and it really does work if you are disciplined and ready to make it a permananent lifestyle change, not just a temporary weight loss program.
Have you tried the Zone?
If you want to try a less-drastic program that has similar good results, you should look into the
